    Jump the fuel relay pins? Can you hear the pump turning on?

      Hard to say. This car always had a quiet pump and even when it was working I could never hear it.

      I don't have my manual would you mind telling me which pins are for. The pump relay?

        30 and 87 I believe. Pull the 2 relays under the small black cover and jump them with something like a bare metal paper clip or scrap wire. I suggest you do this with the key out and then try to start it.

              Relieved pressure from the fuel line from the pump, started right up. Is there no pressure valve on the fuel line in the e30? Weird.
