    Catalytic converter, aftermarket?

I have a 85 325e with a Jim C chip, K&N intake, and Borla exhaust, and was thinking fo puting some sort of aftermarket catalytic converter on it. Any suggestions? I'd like to stay cheap, just get a little better flow then my likely clogged, almost 20 year old cat.

If your cat is really clogged, attend to what's causing the car to run rich thus clogging the cat before going in for a new cat. You can go with a Catco universal Cat. converter and have a shop weld it on for you. If your cat is not clogged, there's really no need for you to do this to your car

On the old e30sport forum, I asked about Catco cats, and someone told me, according to tests, they are one of, if not the best flowing cats available. And they are cheap.

Get a DEC cat... I can get one for you. I have one on my E30. It replaces your old cat and pipes completely.

I have it on my car, and it was awesome.

        Let me know.
