Tranny Leaking

Hey Guys! Just noticed this morning my tranny was leaking oil through
the nut.

Any Idea what it can be?



And it was leaking coolant from here.

if its leaking through the bolt, then that's where its leaking from. you answered your own question.

remove the bolt, put rtv around the edge and put it back in.

Looks to me like the leak is coming from the tailshaft seal and or selector shaft seal, and seeping down around the bolt.

Need moar pictures to be sure.

If it is the selector shaft seal, have fun. A word of advice though, fuck using a pick. Instead take a small flat head screwdriver and cut into it with a dremel to make a little L at the end for removing the seal. Had it done in 10 minutes after I figured out that trick.
