    VDO vs Motometer SI board

Are these interchangeable? I'm only referring to the later style with the chips. They physically fit but should we only use VDO with VDO and Moto with Moto?

Apparently, the answer is yes. Both VDO and Motometer mainboards have the same SI board interface so it doesn't matter which SI board you have. My problem turned out to be broken traces on my original SI board which I only noticed after looking at the replacement board.
