    Sticky/hard to open drivers door

Lubricating helped considerably but It's definitely not as smooth as the passenger side. Any ideas what parts commonly fail on these. Door takes a lot of force to close and almost springs open when you pull on the handle.

Is it the original door? Sounds like it might have been removed/replaced at some point, and is not aligned right.

Looking at the body lines /chrome trim the door appears to be maybe an eighth of an inch out at most. Try alignment tonight.

going to a body shop would sort this all out. they'd 1. tell if you the door was installed correctly or 2. tell you if the frame was bent.
