Have to test exhaust for leaks...

And I have heard that Seafoam(or probably other cleaners) will smoke when burned by exhaust. Coolant certainly does but it will also(iirc) damage my new 02 sensor. But, I am in Germany, and there is no Seafoam.

Please help, I need something that I can 'inject' into the engine after the airflow sensor that will burn white/light colored smoke and won't damage my o2 in the process.

The easiest way to test for exhaust leaks is to have a smoke test run. When done properly the exhaust is plugged and the smoke machine adapter is substituted for the AFM. Smoke is fed in until 2-4psi of pressure is reach. That pressure is held for several minutes to allow the smoke to flow to any leaks, which become immediately obvious. The smoke will not harm an O2 sensor.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Not really. They'll stop it at customs in Kaiserslautern which is about a 120km(75mi) round trip. Then I might have to pay duties on it as well, 19%.

Yeah, I've used a smoke machine when I worked as a Mechanic. But I don't really wanna pay some other dude to do it.

If you do not want to pay then buy yourself a smoke machine (for party) or search on the internet for homemade smoke machines. There are plenty such devices on the net. Some are as simple as burning a rag/WD40 inside a can and force the smoke into the engine. Good luck.

Why do you need to test for leaks?

I usually just run the car up on a lift and hold my hand near the joints. you can usually feel/hear exhaust gas escaping when you get close. Smoke machine really is the best bet though. Or go for a vigorous drive (or just drive normally for a few days/weeks) and there will be black stains around any leaking welds or joints.

Stick a potato in the end. The leaks become obvious- or the engine stalls...
