    F***ING fuel pump

I just replaced my fuel pump...and it fixed the problems I was having accelerating at WOT as I described in a previous thread...

New problem, it appears to be the power connector at the fuel pump. It is a 2 prong female end harness. Even with the locking tab on, if I tap the connector or move it even a little bit, the pumping noise changes and the car sputters until I keep downward pressure on it; then it stays running. If i tug on a lil more, the pump shuts off and the car a few seconds later. I currently have a piece of foam wedged in there to keep it pressed down but that's not gonna fly permanently.

Where can I get this connector? Its such a pain in the ass to use realoem for electrical connectors, any advice?

There are plenty of (easy) ways to splice wires, it won't look pretty, but how often does anyone see your fuel pump?

Get the connector from your dealer or scarf one off a car in a salvage yard.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
