So here's the story. My car ran somewhat okay before I worked on it today but now it won't even start up. I just replaced the ignition rotor and cap, icv hose, fuel filter, and cleaned the fuel injectors andreplaced their o-rings. I don't know where to start because the car ran fine with the icv routed backwards, and now it's back to what it should (car doesn't run now). Also I think I lost track of the firing order on a couple of the injectors. I don't think it has anything to do with the rotor and cap because it started up fine. Is there any quick way of identifying what firing order the injectors are and what is making this happen (icv or firing order)?

So ICV or what cause I've drained my battery trying to get the thing going and I know it takes a few times to get the pressure back in the fuel system and to get the fuel back to the injectors. I don't know what else it could be.Originally posted by Wh33lhopThis is r3v. Check your vaginal sand at the door.

Fuel mileage and performance may be affected, but the engine will fire and run with the injectors misconnected. Since it appears that the engine started and ran after the ignition system work, my first suspicion would be that the later work introduced a large'ish intake leak. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
