    what is this?

    I'm pretty new to cars, so this might be a newb question. So far my knowledge extends to changing the timing belt, water pump, easy things like that so i'm learning.
    I just want to know what this is, and what the hell could cause it to break like this.
    I thought it was a bushing but i'm not sure
    sorry for the shitty pictures
    Its on the pasagner side, latteral to the exhaust manifolds.

          i'll get better pictures tomorrow. Motor mount. Hmm the po said he replaced some motor mounts, i even have reciepts.. That one looks old, i feel like he was a complete retard.

                Yea he was kind of a douche bag. Found out there was a lot more wrong then i had originaly thought. Oh well. Might as well replace them all, where is a good place to get motor mounts?
