Again, my cat is not OEM, and I no longer have the stock exhaust. That is why I am asking what cat to buy. It's a cheap aftermarket "catco" that is over 6 years old, and from what I've read, they don't last that long, so It seems like a given to replace.
Knowing everything I've done, it can only be 3 things. My a/f ratio is off (couldn't you tell other ways? Bad idle? Bad fuel economy?) Or I have a leak in the intake (It has a new intake gasket). Or the CAT is bad. I doubt a failing O2 or coolant sensor would cause such high numbers in all 3 tests. I have multiples of each sensor, I'll try them all if I have to.
I'm actually convinced it will pass with a new cat. All the parts on the engine are still basically new. Even if the car was slightly out of tune, I think with a new cat and a few adjustments it would pass. Lots of people online that failed on ALL test by high numbers passed after changing the cat.
