More speedo problems

I have had spuratic problems with my seepdo for almost 2 years. I have replaced the speed sensor in the dif and I have also re-soldered the circuit board. This has helped each time but it seems like it only works for about 6 months and then I have the same problem come back, it works when it warms up but doesn’t when it is cold or I first start driving. Is there something that I’m missing or is there a special technique to doing this properly?

have you replaced the pins on the diff sensor connector?

This is a new Diff sensor are the pins you are reffering to on the wires going to the sensor or on the sensor itself?
