What type of things would the E30 community like to see fabbed up for our cars?

I feel like I'm doing a disservice to my fellow E30 owners by not using a resource I have available to me. I have a full shop at my disposal, complete with three welders, a media cabinet, a plasma cutter, and soon a 2 1/2" tube bender. While I don't have alot of experience with fab work, I'm learning more all the time from an amazing craftsman. I think my first project is going to be a strut tower brace. I'm thinking a Sparco type replica. I know the market is saturated with various offerings, but since I'm an enthusiast doing this for other enthusiats, I could do it for quite a bit cheaper and take input on designs and such. The question I want to ask is, what does the community need that it doesn't currently have? This may include things that aren't in production or are just priced so high they're cost prohibitive. Please let me hear your ideas.

An individual throttle body setup for the M20 that isn't $5,000.

I wouldn't spend your time with a strut bar. The Sparco bar is only $100 and it's a tried and true design.

There are a lot of people with a lot of resources that have offered to make E30 parts... but for some reason non of them ever pan out. I'd be great if you came up with some good parts for us.

That's exactly why I made this thread, to get some input and ideas. I have no clue what it would take to manufacture individual throttle bodies, I need to look at some of the designs out on the market right now.

Make a strut bar for early 318s. The distrubuter is in the way of all the current bars manufactured.

Or make an iX strut bar because they are super hard to find.

Rear strut tower bars would also be good.

SBI makes them, and they are about as good as they get.

ITB setup would be good, or bolt in roll bar, these can be made for the cheap if you know what your doing, and have a pipe bender at your disposal....

There are numerous bolt in bars on the market as well.

On that note: Nice skidplates that tuck up TIGHTLY to the car
