Only key locked in trunk. Help.

Well, this is probably the worst way to introduce myself to r3v, but hey.

Basically my only key to the car is in the trunk locked in there.

The electrical system that opens all the doors/trunk by turning the key doesn't open the trunk and never did. I have to manually push the trunk button with the key in and turn it to open it.

I was wondering if there is any way to open the trunk?
Since the electrics doesn't actuate the trunk, jumping some relay/whatnot to activate it won't happen I guess?

Besides kicking out the ski-pass, is there anyway to get the trunk open?

    Thanks in advance, lol.

No idea, kicking out the ski-pass won't hurt though.... just do it. It'll be the easiest approach (that I know of)

The back seat can be removed with 2 screws. Do that and enter through the ski pass? Not sure how the ski pass changes it though... On my car there is just a hole behind the seat.

take rear seats out, knock out the ski pass, but there's still that thick cardboard backing that will be blocking your way so push out the 4 clips that hold it in place.

Thanks everyone. I ended up knocking out the ski-pass.
Wasn't tough at all since the metal was perforated! Thought there was more to it.

24/7 lock smith quoted me a base minimum price of $105 lol. Hell with that.

            A bit condescending there...
Good work with skipass though, added weight savings too!
