Special socket for exhaust manifold nuts?

Is there a special socket for the exhaust manifold nuts? What is the torque? It has been a pita installing it back after gasket replacement and now I have a smoke leak due to the lack of torquing these nuts.
My tools cannot align properly and the sockets are too thick.
Also what is the torque specs?
    Thanks

You need deep sockets. Mine were a 15mm if I recall. I just did the job. Just a regular old craftsman 15mm deep. One of the six might need to use a wrench

Hope you have wobble extensions! If not run down to harbor freight and buy the 9 pack for like $13

for putting the exhaust manifold back to the head. they should either be 12mm or 15mm.

cant remember right now. i just used the closed end of wrench. time consuming. but i havent really seen another way to do it quickyl and EFFICENTLY. without pulling the manifold studs out.
