    Blinker issue

When I turn on my right blinker sometimes it doesn't come on and just buzzes. If I turn it off then back on it usually is fine. Any ideas? Only thing I can think is blinker stalk or blinker relay. Maybe the bulb in the cluster?

your defroster wires are making contact w/ the hazards.
tape those off and you should be golden.

My right side signals buzzed for a few seconds til that fuse blew. If the other side works its not the relay & chances are it's not the switch, although those are both easy to check. I checked the rear bulb carriers & even swapped those out for kown good ones.

I did everything short of re-wiring that side...until I actually DID rewire that side. There's a short.

If only one side buzzes, the fault could be in the switch or wiring. The flasher is a single circuit device that doesn't have a right & left side. You can usually tell if the fault is in turn signal switch or wiring by pushing the hazard light switch. If that works and all four corners blink, look to switch.

As an FYI, if you work on the dash and get the hazard & rear defroster switches swapped, the flasher will buzz when the turn signal switch is on either side.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I have the hazard and defroster correct. I am assuming the hazards would not work if they were incorrect. I am gonna have to change the switch next because the wiring was not the problem and all the hazards work just fine. So next is the switch. Could it be the right turn signal bulb going out in the cluster? I haven't been able to check to see if the blinkers actually work when this happens because i am always driving and the POS behaves every time i am home. figures huh? lol

The indicator bulbs in the cluster would not cause a buzz unless there is a short in the cluster.

Is it possible that if the dash indicator bulb was not fully twisted in it could cause a short ?
