Weak brakes

Just started my m3 up for the season, and got a quick reminder how shitty my brakes feel.

Notes.
Brakes have been shit since I bought the car (8years). Has had 4 different sets of pads, two sets of rotors, has new 25mm mc and hard line, calipers completely rebuilt including guides and bushings. Numerous flushes of fluid with ATE superblue or type 200, and also new SS braded lines to calipers.

Pedal is not soft on initial application, since I replaced he guides and bushings on the calipers. All calipers bleed fluid easily.

Hook up a pressure gauge at each caliper and see what is being generated, compare to similar with good brakes.

is it a hard pedal when car is off, then mushy when car is on? It's probably the brake booster. It just happened to me in my 325e

Not sure what the final problem was, but, it's fixed.

I was pissed about the whole thing so I replaced everything.........again.

I rebuilt the calipers again, this time with new stainless pistons from Korman. Front and rear. Replaced the booster, and the m/c again. Flushed the system again.

Works like a hot damn now.
