Did a compression test on my motor

So, we picked up a compression tester to check my sisters 318 (which by the way has 250,000 miles and 210 psi on all 4), and I did my car today.

1-5 have 160 psi, 6 has 180. I was pretty sure most m20s were around 160-175 range. The haynes manual says 142-156 for all m20 motors. I'm pretty happy considering the bottom end is all stock with 400,000 miles.

What numbers have others been seeing?

Your numbers look good and healthy.

My m20 last tested 210+-5PSI across the board.

mine were 160-165. not bad for 175k on the bottom end. :)
