My blower motor still appears to blow when I have it set to speed ‘0’. I can hear the faint creaking noise that I would hear on speed 1 or 2…It works on all speeds, but continues to spin when I set the knob to 0. I just replaced my CD deck, but I had an aftermarket in there before without any of these problems, so all I had to do was splice the new pioneer harness where the old one was. Any ideas?

The air conditioning can turn the fan on- maybe a fault in the A/C switch?
