When i turn my AC on it starts to making a whistling noise. At first it came on occasionally and i could ignore it. Now it comes on every time my AC is switched on. It's pretty loud. Is this fixable?

Its only when the AC is on. If i set the AC on and keep the fan on 0 it makes the noise. When i turn the ac off and put the at 2 it doesnt make the noise. I was thinking it may be debri as well. Hopefully I'll take it apart tommorow after work.87 ETA | Hibernating
