What plug is this?

    What plug is this?

    I was looking in my engine bay and I saw this plug (the orange one) and I tracked it only to find it had been cut near the driver side head light. The wires are brown and black. Any idea what it is?

              Temp gauge? Alarm? Aftermarket? Fuzz buster? ... Does it look stock, I.e. was it wrapped up in a wiring harness?
