I pulled the SI board out temporarily in order to solder some new batteries in. I plugged the cluster back in without the SI board and now my headlights and fog lights dont work?? Are these directly related? I checked the relay and fuses and they are fine. Anyone?

Have you made sure you didn't disconnect the large connector going into the headlight switch?
could it just be a relay? doesnt the fogs tie into the low beam? so if thats the case, if the low beam relay is shot then the fogs wouldn't work either correct?

Originally posted by DaNyou sure you didnt bump the headlight connector, you took the knee bolster out. Right?
It could be something else, but you were just in the area, chances are something was disturbed.
BTW when I engage the headlights at the second setting I hear the relay click...not sure if that's useful
