    Door Flex

When driving above 80 (on the track ofcourse), the doors flex and vibrate from the wind hitting them. depending on which direction the turn is makes one side or the other worse. I was hoping somone had an idea as to how to make the doors more rigid and not vibrate under stress... thanks.

I know what he means. When I go 190mph, my door flexes inward because the air is rushing by it so fast that it forces the door to push in towards me. Its very scary. I welded on 80 pounds of mild steel per door on the inside and it fixed it. Try that.

weird... at high speeds the low pressure of the moving air outside should cause the door to pull outward. lord knows mine does when i hit my rocket boosters

I've never had the door problem, but when I shift into 7th gear around 220, my windshield starts concaving into the car...really messes up the vision.

funny when i floor it shifting into 3rd and a half, my back window falls out creating a huge vacume, also causing the front window and the doors to concave inward

all joking aside, take off your door panels. Look around in there, you have some air getting there when it shouldn't be.
