        mine is having the same issue... we had our first hard frost and the thing was taking over 5 minutes before it even started to show a slight sight of defrosting. fuses look fine and the wires are good...

        might have to look into a used glass

            Mine doesn't work at all, there is no voltage at the rear glass... lol
