Headlight and all interior lights are flickering.

In my E30 all lights are flickering. I already tested alternator, Voltage regulator and battery is new (only 2 week old). One thing I noticed is lights are flickering when car is idling or when in neutral. When car is in gear and moving no flickering issue.

your voltage reg./ or alternator are bad. (could pos. be a bad ground too)
what kind of voltage is the alt. putting out at idle?

The first check should be to see what system voltage is at idle and whether it is varying. To check for variation in system voltage you'll have to use an analog meter or a scope.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Are you talking about voltage at the battery when idle? I will check that tonight and get back.

Measure the system voltage at the power block in the engine bay. Also make sure that the engine to chassis ground is good and that both battery cables are making good connections.

Sorry but what do you mean by power block in the engine bay? Do you mean distributorr?

Sounds like a voltage regulator problem to me. I'd start there since it's a pretty quick check. Might have to take out the air box. I swapped in a new regulator about a month ago after experiencing bad light flicker. Problem solved. My old regulator was toast.
