Water leaking into interior from underneath car (pics)

So I went and got my e30 washed (yay :) ) but when i got back into the car i noticed this...
    (passanger footwell)

Any idea what could cause this? I will inspect more after work but I was on my lunch break and didnt have too much time to look into it.

Also it looks like im missing a tab or screw to hold down part of the dash as seen in pic #1, can someone give me a part number for that PLEASE???

    Thanks!

Could be your heater box leaking. Pull the glovebox and pour water on the windshield and see if you can spot the leak.

Wouldnt coolant be leaking from it then? This stuff was not coolant it was some soap or whatever they used at the wash.

About to check this when I get home:

      Note not much leaked in

Elephant drain. It's above the exhaust manifold. It's clogged.

Just saw your link, yes that's the clogged drain. It's easy to pull out. Hard to put back in.
