PS Pump is harassing me

Alright, this is a noob issue even for me. I've done the timing belt on my car before, I've swapped out v-belts on my car before. Never had a problem. Well the other day I went and did the timing belt and water pump and all that. And when I was reassembling everything I got to the PS pump and and can't for the life of me get it to move. I know I've done it before and never had a problem so I don't know what my deal is.

What bolts do I need to undo? I looked online and it says 2x13mm and the 1 19mm to move it. But I can't get it to budge and I've gone through and loosened every bolt that looks like it could be securing it...

Hahah hey man, yeah I called you the other day ;) couldn't remember your screen name at all. I'm looking at the diagram but its not really helping me. I had a PS hose come loose a while back so the pump is like coated in nasty crap that built up. Thinking maybe its just gummed up. But still, I'm ready to just rip the damn thing off.

Its a good thing I'm still waiting for my new distributor and rotor, or I would be really pissed about this haha

Slightly loosen 11 that goes through 12
Slightly loosen 7 that goes through 8
Slightly loosen 7 that goes through 9
Loosen 15
Set the tension on the belt by turning 14
While holding 14 in position tighten 15
Tighten 11 and the 2 7s
