    Oil Cooler Mounting Hardware?

Does anyone have a parts diagram (or part numbers) for the oil cooler mounting hardware on a 1991 325i sedan?

I can't seem to find it on realoem.com

What's the benefit of even having a oil cooler?? Obviously to cool your oil but is it really a big deal? Not trying to thread bash, I was just wondering

Considering eta's didn't come with them, I don't think they are really needed for a daily driver. Maybe for a track car that sees more abuse though.

Exactly what I've been thinking. A little discussion in here: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=276237

I do have an oil temp gauge and I can tell you that oil temps stay pretty solid at a hair over 200F for normal driving. If you do some spirited driving or even driving at high speed for sustained periods of time (~90+ mph) it will go up to 210-220F no problem. I still have my cooler on and if you drive normally or slow down and cruise at 70-80 mph it'll only be a minute before the oil cools back down to 200F.

BMW saw fit to install one on my 325i sedan, so I'm keeping it on. However, it seems that the PO might have smacked it on something, so the mounts are cracked.
