      Thanks for confirming. I didn't have my bushings in long enough before selling the e30 to say one way or the other.

        Have used them on my vert sway bar for about 3 years now. No squeaks and no complaints.

          haha well in that case I'll be snagging some soon. I can get em locally for $18, i just never knew if they were junk or not.

            I have made both UHMW nylon and acetal (Delrin (tm)) bushings. Both self- lubricate, but UHMW
            is 'tougher' and much stringier, while acetal seems to be less compressible and shears much better.

            I used UHMW in the rear subframe and diff bushings where aluminum would have
            been a pain in the butt for fitting,
            and acetal in the trailing arm bushings where it seemed that the UHMW would
            eventually deform.

            That was 2012, and when I took it apart this fall, it's all still as it was when I made it.
