    Super Eta to Super Ita

    Looking for some help here...

I have an 87 IS parts car with a low milage engine in it and a 88 Super Eta. From searching I know I have to swap in the Cam, Dual Valve Springs, intake & T/B, Tach, and Ecu in order to make my Eta an Ita (non-technical term of course). Am I leaving anything out?

The reason I don't want to do a complete engine swap is because I don't want to lose all the low-end from the Super Eta, I love it. Just want a few more ponies. Should I just leave the engine alone, buy an autothority chip and call it a day with 141HP; or go ahead and swap the I parts into it?

    Thanks!!

Do the whole swap. 30-40 more HP is a lot better than the 10ft/lbs loss.

I guess the fact that the IS engine has just over 100000 miles and was babied by an auto tranny would only fuel that opinion.

Actually, from a stock super eta to an i its closer to a 50hp increase.
