You do realize that the bolt is upside down. So if you turn it counterclockwise, youre tightening it. I hope youre not doing this.

Big problem with bumper removal..

Just thought I'd throw a little update up here for my R3V brother/sisterin. My bumpers would not come off for anything. Heat, PB blast, 3/4 impact, breaker bar etc.
Was drilling them out with some 1/2 skil bits, suck. Could not get threw with tons of force and tons of time, just wouldn't cut. Went to home depot to buy a Hilti 1/2 titanium bit ='s 78.00 so I bought a milwaukee titanium bit set ='s 29.95.
Threw a little motor oil on the end of the bit, went at half speed (when drilling through hardened steel medium speed with pressure cuts faster than full steam) Whenever you see the smallest hint of smoke add more oil, smoke is a sure sign that you are in danger of blueing/ruining the bit. Ideally you'll add the oil before the smoke starts.
These Milwaukee Titanium bits went through the hardened bolts like butter, about three minutes per bolt. If your drilling these bolts out these bits are well worth the money...get out of harbor freight and over to milwaukee. Hope this helps.
