    Coolant overflow tank hoses

Was working on replacing the control arms and ended up moving the overflow tank out of the way. There are 2 hoses, a fat one going to the radiator, and a narrow one going... someplace.

Well, I don't remember disconnecting it but the narrow one ended up not connected to anything once I put the tank back. Where does it need to be connected to? What is it for?

There are two small hoses that connect to the expansion tank. One is the overflow and the other goes to the top of the radiator. The overflow hose doesn't connect to anything.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
