problems continue with the 318i v4.0

calling this version 4.0 because this is probably the 4th time ive posted about the same problems at different times. So the problem continues.

Recently the car formed a new problem. It used to be just bucking and studering underload. now before i left for P.R. The car decided to just die. I was at the store and started it up, it started right up for 2-3 seconds and then just shut off. Tried it over and over, would turnover and then die right away. Always turned over tho. So i waitd about 10 mins and gave it another try and it started and i was able to drive it home problem free. So then i ordered the two new fuel pumps, and when i got home from p.r. i put them in, replaced some fuel lines and the fuel filter. also changed the fuel absorber while i was there.

So the car was fine for about a week and a half. and now it starts stutering and bucking again out of nowhere. I had warmed it up for 10 mins this day, and then the sec i got out of the driveway it started stutering and bucking underload. I then put it back in the driveway and took my dads car to work. I told him to drive it asap soo he could see that problem and not think im crazy. so he did, and the car ran fine. he drove it for 15 mins and up to 60mph. I dont understand it, this car just hates me.

Heres a list of everything thats been done recently to try to solve this problem:
    spark plugs
    spark plug wires
    cap & rotor
    FPR
    Coolant temp sensor and connector
    both fuel pumps
    fuel filter
checked the afm, seems to be good

I have a new fuel pump relay in the mail.

what else do you guys think this could be.
It seems to happen in the cold weather usually.
    o2 sensor?
    injectors?
any help on what to check?
also on how to check if the o2 sensor is still good?

try swapping ECU's, may be your problem, but chances are, it's corroded wires somewheres

i had a bucking problem in the old eta, turned out it had a dead 02 sensor, unplugged and away i went, but mine would run fine, just buck at around 2000 rpms

check the bentley, the basics of it are let the car warm up, turn it off, attatch a voltmeter to the oxygen sensor connector, wait two minutes, and the voltage should fluctuate. open the oil cap or remove the dipstick, and the voltage should drop.
