Weird Wiper Issue....

I'm having this REALLY weird problem I never thought I'd have:

Whenever I go past 125 mph (not that often, but still), my passenger side wiper actually starts travelling up the windshield and giving off this annoyying whistling sound:-( . Anyone?

Short of taping the sucker down, is there a fix for this?

My 325i cuts fuel at 125. So I wouldnt know. Helpful posts FTW!!!

True story. Next thing we hear, "I was driving 130mph and the windshield wiper was making that annoying noise so I was trying to see why it was doing that and this car just... popped out of NO WHERE right in front of me. I slammed on the brakes but I rear ended them and now my car is totalled. The e30 has crappy brakes. Thats why I hit them, it wasnt my fault."

None of you would have been such smart asses if he said...

Make sure the wiper is tight to the wiper mechanism, look into swapping a drivers side wiper with an aerofoil on it to the pass. side to keep it planted against the windshield. Or switch to monowiper ;)

99% of you ppl assume that it's not LEGAL nor the NORM to be driving at 125mph just because it's illegal in the US to do so! Over here there is no speed-related jurisdiction whatsoever, and I'm glad at least SOMEONE took that into account and gave me a real answer.

I'll look into the wiper mechanism and see what's up.

I didnt pay enough attention to where you were from. I just assumed that it was the US and you liked going 125 on the highway where everyone else is going 70-80 when the speed limit is 65. My bad.
