All my bulbs are good the orange covers are not melted and I replaced the headlight switch rheostat is all the way up

Dying alternator -
A poor ground or some aftermarket electronics drawing power from the circuit are possibilities.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

The instrument cluster ground in on the firewall above the pedal box.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
