    Weather Stripping Issue

I replaced the rubber weather stripping that goes around the doors on my cabrio. For some reason, the doors wont shut all the way now unless I SLAM them. And they're somewhat stuck when I try to open them. What gives?

Its on as tight as it can go. I just want to know if anyone has had a similar issue? It really shouldnt be an issue to begin with.

First check the obvious. Is there anything in the way that would interfere with the door being able to close? Is the door panel clipped in properly?

You might just have to adjust your door. If you move that hook type thing that the door latches on to, you can adjust how hard you have to slam the door to make it close.

Ehh, the only thing on the way of the doors is the rubber on the weather stripping. The windows are fine. Its hard to shut even with the windows down. I'll take pics tomorrow if I get time.

The doors are getting easier to shut, I think its something to do with the rubber getting shaped to my car. They still arent as easy as they used to be, but I'll give it some time. Thanks.
