Alright guys, well i went to do some more testing today and realzied that all the sensors i had tested the numbers were way off.. so i went to the store an picked me up a new multi meter.. this one is now correct. Here some some specs for you.
    CPS:526 ohms
Coolant temp cold: 3080 Operating temp: 436... this is high..Bentley says cold:2200-2700 ohms and operating temp 300-360 ohms. (i have 2 of these new i will be putting one in today)
The NEW coolant temp tested at 2860 OHMS cold.
I also did a few more random sensors...
Intake Air Temp: 3800 ohms .... again bentley states 2200-2700 ohms.. Going to invest in a new AFM next payday
Idle Air Stabilizer Valve: 2 outer ones 20.8 ohms... bentley says 40ish ohms..
Inner + Outer: 19.2 ohms... Bentley says 20ish ohms.

I also checked the gap between cps and its over 1mm, so i will adjust that today.

MY question now is that you know what is off on my car, could those be the cure to the problems im having???

Intake air temp won't effect things like this. Though a new/rebuilt afm generally makes a difference as yours is probably. Pretty worn.

Also since your coolant temp sensor is incorrect id also replace it.

Start with the stuff that's free, like adjusting the cps air gap. Go from there.

got to go out to dinner, so had to quit working on the car.
So tomorrow after work the new coolant sensor goes in... if i figure out a way to get it in! lol
and adjust the air gap. the rest, we will see and more tests still to come in in the future, i hope this will be it for now? like another week! lol

Any chance of rust in your fuel tank? How old are the pumps?

According to previous owner, fuel pump was replaced 8 years ago. Everything about the car he told me is true, and had receipts for everything for the last ohh 14 years? I couldn't find the one for the fuel pump tho. So I don't know wether he misplaced it or never replaced it?
I'm planning on testing the fuel pump also... According to Bentley. I realized that it could be tested so I will do so.
But that car has 0 rust.. Haven't found any yet.. So I don't think there would be any in the tank?
