    Need help on Fuel lines.

This is for my other E30 which is a 1987 (Early model) 325i.

I have had a rusty gas tank which has caused me other performance problems in general to the point of breaking down. I have in my possession a new 55L tank, both fuel pumps, fuel filters and I will be ordering a fuel pressure regulator and I am also on the fence about needing a fuel sending unit since rock auto and pelican parts don't show any for early models. Do they exist in early models?

My main focus of this thread is to find out what are all the fuel lines that I need and how many meters since they offer all types of sizes and lengths.

    What else should I replace?

I will be removing and clean the fuel injectors.

You can order new freed and return lines from pelican that's what I was gonna do to replace my rusted hard lines on my 85. Simply order them, some new clips, clamps and a spool of rubber line and have all new stuff

Well I think my hard lines might be ok since it was just the top of the fuel tank that was rusted. I need to some how flush the system too, but I was mainly referring to all the soft lines. They sell them in different sizes on pelican and I wouldn't know which to choose from and how long to order.

As far as the hard lines, can you send me a link to where I can get them please. Are they very expensive?

Hard lines were like 60$ from pelican and for soft just cut a spool of fuel line to whatever length u desire it will be cheaper that way

I bought a 5 meter spool of FI rated Conti fuel line from autohausaz.com for about $32. It's 8x13mm (ID and OD) and is enough to do 2.5 cars under the hood. The lines at the fuel filter vary but there is usually a J shaped line connected to the filter that you will need
