Windshield seal help needed! Photos added.

    i install windshields for a living & never used that tool on my e30 lol..

    just slide 1 side into the lock channel,

    spray some water,

    use a plastic stick pry the other side of the channel open while working back & applying force on the lock with your finger.

    could also use a flat head just be careful of damaging the rubber.

    uro is garbage though fyi.

      I fail to see the issue here? Is it just the missing gap? Is everything else ok?

        So have you ever done brand new seals before?
