Help on first bmw---swapped E30?

what's up, this is my first post. I've been looking for an e30 for a while now, and I like the idea of a 24 valve swap even if its not an s50/52. anyways I found this car for sale up in portland and I was wondering if anyone has seen it or could shed some light on how much the car needs. Im pretty car savvy, I've done clutches and head gaskets, dirt bike top ends...I just want to avoid something that will be a money pit. thanks for looking
