    Water dripping out of vent?

On my passenger side vent water drips out when my ac is on? Is this just condensation from the ac lines or something else?

Smell like freon? Can you see where its leaking?

    Might be an O ring/seal.

I doubt it's refrigerant since it boils as soon as it sees the atmosphere it could be condensation but it should drain from the evaporator outside the car make sure that's not plugged

Maybe the heater core is leaking and the stream is condensing in the vent? We are taking about the dash vents, right?

            That could be clogged drains.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Whats the easiest way to unclog the AC drain ? I suspect mine is partially blocked since a lot more water drains out the bottom of the car when parked which suggests it accumulates while Im driving.

I know one things for sure, if its the drivers side... Most likely the heater core valve... My buddies blew and showered him with hot ass coolant. Talk about a fun drive.

You'd likely smell antifreeze if it was heater related. The evaporator housing drain hose does appear to be on the drivers side just above the gas pedal....and of course behind the centre console. This doesnt mean a clogged drain wont cause water to come out the passenger side unless you only make right turns :-)

Did you resolve this? I get water in the car when the AC is on, same location, passenger side up near the forward section of the center console. I'm wondering if the drain is leaking.

Find the evaporator drain under your car... not sure where it is on e30's, but I'm sure the internet does. Take a straightened coat hanger or something like that and shove it in the drain - try to unclog it.
