    heat blows cold air.

well after thinking i found the culprit to my no heat issue (stuck closed water valve) i bleed the system again and im still getting cold air out of the vents.

the heater core is hot, all hoses are hot, dials on dash set to max heat and fan. can hear blend door move when switched between heat and cool. its 85 degrees outside but the "heat" from the vents is cool, refreshing and infuriating. what am i missing here?

The system is pretty basic. You have valves, doors, controls, core, and a blower.

The core is hot, can you verify that air is moving through the core? If it is, then verify that the temp dial is doing it's job, unless that's what you meant by blend door moving. Seems to me like maybe your dial isn't working.

Yea at this point I'm pretty sure the blend door is the issue because everything else seems to be functioning as it should. I'll mess around with it a little after work but I don't wanna pull the whole dash apart to get the heat working when it's the middle of summer and don't really need it lol

The blend door is actuated by a bowden cable which attaches to a lever right above the passenger side foot vent. The only thing you might hear is when it slams either full open or full shut. If its stuck you wont hear anything (unless you can hear bowden cables sliding)

To access the lever you need to remove the plastic vent which may require removing the center console (I dont recall precisely)
