    Vac Leak Brake Pedal

Hey guys i can here this vacum leak when im driving. I turn the car off and i hear air hissing really loud. I hit the brakes and after about 2 pumps the hissing goes away. Where do you think this air is leaking from? What line? part number would be helpful. And would this vac leak have anything to do with how the motor runs?

usually in the brake booster its either the diaphram is cracked, or the vacuum check valve...

realoem doesnt allow the hosting like that.

ok so im looking to replace the valve and lines. When u say the diaphram is cracked you mean on the actual brake booster?

There are 4 bolts that the pedal box bolts to, and those 4 bolts go to the brake booster. Make sure all 4 of those are tight. I had the same problem after my tranny swap because I didn't tighten them enough. They are hard to get to.
