    Failed Smog High NOx

    Yet another FSHNOx thread. Find attached my report. Where would I get started to fix this issue?

    15mph CO2% 14.72 O2% 0.02 HC MAX 108 MEAS 37 CO% MAX 0.50 MEAS 0.08 NO MAX 537 MEAS 944
    25mph CO2% 14.72 O2% 0.04 HC MAX 83 MEAS 31 CO% MAX 0.40 MEAS 0.09 NO MAX 494 MEAS 1019

    Either the engine is running lean (intake leaks or a fuel delivery issue) or the catalytic converters need to be replaced. The appearance of the plugs should tell if a lean condition exists.
    The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      Looks like you have a vacuum leak based on The fact that the O2% is not zero. Lean running usually means higher NOx.

        i have the same problem i was told that high nox can be caused by engine overheating. i was told to check my radiator and all my hoses. ima work on that and let u know how it goes
