Internal upgrades for m42's?

I know about Stu's article on how to squeeze a little bit more out of a stock m42. I want to know if there is anything to throw inside of it to help it out.

I dont want to get flamed its just a question. I'm not saying im going to do it i just want to know.

Ps sorry if this has been discussed i dont get online too much anymore and i havent searched for this topic.

I've posted about this... but no one has really jumped in and done it... except this guy:

obviously, the big issue is: sourcing the crank, and is it worth it to rebuild the M42 in the first place. (I personally think it is, but economically its a hard sell vs. other swaps).
