      haha, ditto

almost every day my check panel tells me something. half the time its lying, especially when its cold. i get my washer fluid light coming on 5 times a week when im going to school. always at the same uphill at about the same tempuratures (10-20degrees)

coolant came on today, oil came on yesterday, haulin ass up a hill with 1/4 tank of gas choked it up a bit and told me that my fuel injectors were bad. and that was a simple fix (disconnect the battery)

o yea, about your question, i vote for throwout bearing as well

My car now backfires and chokes up when I drive it at a consistant Engine speed. This is why I doubt it's the throw out bearing. That and I replaced the Throw out bearing 20,000 miles ago.

I've been told it could be my crank bearings cause when the clutch is pushed in my crank shaft slides and causes the engine to slow down. How likely is this?

It is the thrust bearing. I'm now looking for a replacement engine of bottom end. Anyone know where I can get one cheap?
