Looks like they South Bay essentially is using Turner's design, but solved the problem of installing them by making it two pieces. I heard the Turner ones were a bitch. Personally I still like the Ireland ones, they just look indestructable.
Yeah, I like Ireland's a lot too. Real beefy. But I think it would be a little bit of a pain to drill through those holes when you can't mark them. It'd probably just take a little measuring but still.
The IE mounts are simple aluminum blocks...nothing special. They're a PITA to install correctly and some of them were not machined correctly leaving either too much play or making it too tight. To remove the bar you have no choice but to go through the trunk... with the SBI's you simply remove the 2 bolts. Turner had teh right idea except the 1 piece design makes it impossible to use the factory hook of the mount for extra support.
