O2 sensor main relay

So I was testing output on my main relay for my o2 sensor and have two ground and one power and then there is one that does nothing. If your looking at it from the driver side fender it's the left connector that isn't doing anything. I'm assuming power so there is two power and two grounds but idk. Hoping someone could tell me how the readout is supposed to be. It's an 86 es
