    Water from Frame Rails

I was underneath my car looking for where water was coming into my driver's footwell and found these two holes on the driver's side frame rail. I know that they are there normally, I was just wondering if people are used to seeing water drip from them. It wasn't a constant stream, more a seeping.

Also, anybody know a good way to anti-rust coat the frame rails? Some of the coating is gone from contact with my jack stands.

    Thanks in advance

Truck bed-liner coating works best, but it is expensive for such a small area. Maybe a can of rubberized undercoating would be sufficient.

I might try spraying a homemade oil based spray mix containing some ATF fluid into the holes. It would probably at a minimum slow down any corrosion already started.
