    Fan hitting radiator.

I just completed a timing belt change. This includes a water pump replacement, and accessory belts. But now my fan is hitting the radiator. Has anyone came across this before? Will a fan delete cause more problems?

I would check the condition of the motor mounts.
I would not delete the fan.

If the fan is hitting the radiator fins, the radiator isn't correctly installed or you have some oddball (wrong) water pump.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

...or your car ran into something hard and wasn't pulled back all the way.

        More common problem with 2002's...

I've seen where a car was hit in the front and it crunched the chassis rails a bit. Even though the radiator core support got pulled forward, it moved back again after some time and the fan hit the radiator again. Any signs of damage in the front end?

Mine did this when the motor mounts went. Like Tom said, I'd check those and get some hd mounts if they're bad.
