    A Boggin Issue

Alright so i just bought a 89 325i with a M50b25 swap in it. Randomly it started bogging down past roughly 400rpm, so i went on the forums to try to find an answer to this issue. I found people say that its a fuel system issue, clogged cats, and a spark issue. The cats are fairly new so i didn't think that would be an issue so i went the cheap route and changed the fuel filter, didn't fix anything. After my buddy and i were sitting in a parking lot after getting some gas and decided to just unplug the battery. And that fixed the bogging issue and the car runs great. All that being said unplugging the battery is just a bandaid and i know the issue will come back sooner or later. What this has shown me is that the issue isn't with the cats, fuel, or spark its somewhere in the electrical. If anyone has any info that might help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I vote air leaks, and it's now re-learning since you reset it.
